Spray Foam Insulation And Drywall Custom Home

Attic Insulation
From start to finish, Insulation Hamilton did a phenomenal job retrofitting our attic. Their professional service from the quote to the final clean up was amazing. Basement Bedroom Spray Foam Job
Had a quick turn-around on a basement reno project. We have used Insulation Hamilton for another project and found the difference quite significant in sustaining room temperature. The Team at Insulation Hamilton are undoubtably the most professional you will meet. From the initial job site inspection through to the final walk through you can expect nothing but professionalism and attention to detail. I had a really short timeline (3 days) and the team was able to find time to get my job done in time. I appreciated that they had a project manager that was my go-to as the project started and she was a gem to work with. The installers were on point and courteous and did a great job applying and even getting into hard to reach spaces. Left the job site cleaner than I gave it to them! I had shopped around as well and found their prices to be reasonable. All-in-all I would definitely use and recommend them for future projects! Small side notenot only does this company deliver exceptional service, but their impressive branding and eye-catching trucks will leave your neighbours intrigued, as if your house has become the set of a thrilling CSI episode.
Attic Insulation
They taped and tented areas off, as well as laid down a floor covering to reduce mess. The project was done in 3 days. They kept me informed on their progress. They removed old blown in installation, sprayed foam, added vapor barrier, n topped off with blow in. The house was left clean. I'm quite happy.
Drywall Installation, Framing & Insulation
Anthony and his team were a huge part of my unfinished basement renovations. From the Framing to insulation, electrical and dry wall every step was overseen with diligence. Very professional. He worked in conjunction with a contractor, who he referred to do the finishes. I would highly recommend this company.

Spray Foam & Blown-in Insulation
Two attics. Everything removed, then prepped (I.e. boots over pot lights), foam-sprayed, and insulation blown in. We didnt anticipate this particular expense when we purchased this old house, so the price was a blow, but its going to be worth it. What a difference its made on the top floor! Down right toasty. The staff were professional and friendly. Not only would I recommend them, Im will definitely call them if we decide to do the garage.
Commercial Plaza Roof Insulation
I used Insulation Hamilton to insulate few units in the plaza. Anthony was very helpful to explain the details of the project. He is a man of his word. Did exactly what we agreed on.Job was done professionally and on time. Prices are reasonable.

Basement Renovation (Insulation, Framing + Drywall) And Attic Insulation
Overall, I was very impressed with Insulation Hamilton's range of work and expertise throughout the course of this rather extensive project. I'm glad I went with them and highly recommend them, especially for jobs needing a range of services. After my old finished basement needed to be "gutted" by another company for waterproofing, I looked to them to rebuild things for both insulation and drywalling (among a few other touch-ups along the way) and they did an excellent job, coming in on budget and on time. With my home being 100+ years old, I appreciated the extra care and attention that was needed to rebuild and refinish the basement, including concrete work for a new step over a recently replaced water main and to reinforce the structural integrity of a window. I also used this occasion to have Insulation Hamilton insulate my attic while the work in the basement was underway and was equally impressed with thoroughness of their work and am already enjoying the greater warmth in the rooms on our 2nd floor. I also greatly appreciated Anthony dropping by on several occasions to check on how the work was doing and to answer my questions along the way, and the very personable members of his crew who came in to prep and clean things up, while also keeping me posted in terms of the work in progress. Now looking forward to making greater use of my dry and (almost) refinished basement!
Basement Spray Foam Insulation
Excellent, timely work by the team Insulation Hamilton. Showed up when they said they would and did a good job. Basement is now the warmest part of the house.

Spray Foam & Fiberglass Batt Insulation
Anthony and his crew did a great job to insulate my basement exterior walls with spray foam and adding batt insulation in the ceiling joists. They kept the area well protected ensuring my windows and doors weren't exposed. Insulation Hamilton conducted themselves in a very professional manner. They cleaned up after they were done leaving no mess behind. I would highly recommend their services .

Attic Insulation (Batts) And Spray Foam (Closed Cell) Of Walls
I have used Insulation Hamilton twice in the span of 4 months and have been impressed both times with the sales process (smooth), the scheduling (accommodating), and the delivery (professional). The first time I used them was for spray-foaming (closed cell) the exterior walls of my home: after shopping around, I felt they had the best combination of reputation and fair pricing. Delivery aligned with reputation and I called them back to do my attic. Again, fair price and excellent delivery: Courtney did a great job coordinating the job and Alonzos was very clean and diligent with the install. Dealt with Anthony for the sale both times and found him straightforward and responsive and, just as important, delivery aligned with what was promised. In brief, it was a pleasure dealing with Anthony and his team and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a serious insulation company that cares about the quality of its work.
Ceiling & Walls - Drywall Repair
My project:- repair of drywall on walls from wallpaper removal in master bedroom
- repair of drywall on ceiling from stucco removal in master bedroom & hallway
Not the most fun work, but totally necessary. Anthony from Insulation Hamilton responded to my posting (among other companies) and I was extremely impressed from the beginning. He arranged a site visit (a few other companies quoted from pictures), he took the time to understand the work required (hallway ceiling was over a staircase) & the environment (newly stained stairs & we were living in the house during the work). He gave me a detailed quote for the work.
The prep team took amazing care to cover everything to protect from dust which allowed my family to carry on with working-from-home during the project. The drywall tapers did true quality work & left the ceiling & walls with the smoothest finish! Even my painter commented on the quality of taping/mudding done.
I will absolutely use this company for my future projects & I highly recommend Anthony & his team at Insulation Hamilton for professionalism, attention to detail, care of your property & environment and a job extremely well done!

Attic Insulation
Anthony at Insulation Hamilton was the fastest to respond and give a quote for updating our attic insulation. He demonstrated both expert knowledge and experience as shown in his assessment, explanations, and answers to our questions. We had the old (40 years) fibreglass insulation (batts and loose) completely removed, baffle vents installed (there were only a few wooden ones before), soffit damming, spray foam the attic floor to R12, spray foam the rim joists and the attic side of the skylight shaft to R24. Mold control was applied before and after spray foaming. This was followed up with blown in cellulose, and attic hatch insulation/ weather stripping. Sufficient cellulose was installed to allow for eventual settling and still achieve final R60 thermal resistance. Anthony and his crews (including Adam and Courtney) were highly skilled, professional, always focused, efficient, courteous and cheerful. They practiced safety precautions and always cleaned up at the end of each day. We noticed the area under the skylight is now significantly cooler on very hot sunny days. They performed an amazing, high quality job at every stage and exceeded our expectations. Insulation Hamilton is highly recommended!

New Build, Excellent Work
Insulation Hamilton did both the insulation (spray foam, batt, and soundproofing batt) plus the drywall. Four different crews that all worked seamlessly at different times and the final job was excellent. They ran into various small issues related to framing etc. (work by others) but found solutions at no additional cost which was really great.
Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.
Also painters just finished and they complimented the drywall installers to I think that is a very high praise.
